Phase 1 — Initial Application (online submission)
 

Your introduction to us begins with a confidential application and a preliminary NDA. Sakura Geisha, LLC hires women exclusively for these roles, as all client-facing performances, modelling sequences, and venue-based presentations are specifically designed around female performers. This is not a matter of exclusion—it is simply a direct response to the nature of our services and the expectations of our clients. The NDA does not hire you or bind you to employment—it exists solely to protect your privacy while allowing you to share sensitive materials safely. This agreement ensures, in explicit legal terms, that everything you submit remains strictly internal. If you are not accepted for employment, every photo, video, and document you provide is permanently destroyed. There is no circumstance—ever—in which your materials are reused, repurposed, shown to clients, transmitted externally, or circulated in any way. This is both a legal safeguard and a core principle of our company.

 

Once your NDA is signed, the first phase focuses on evaluating your general appearance, proportional balance, and whether your natural aesthetic aligns with one of our open roles. You will submit a curated set of photographs that fall into three categories:

Clothed photos (up to twelve):

These include face shots, full-body images, and close-ups of features such as your eyes and mouth. They help us understand your natural beauty, expression, and presence without the pressure of performance.

 

Underwear photos (up to six):

These images give us an accurate sense of your proportions. Many women unknowingly wear incorrect bra sizes, so these photos help us determine fit, posture, and whether your listed measurements align with what we see. It also helps us understand the baseline silhouette we’d be working with in professional settings. Additionally, we get a good sense of your body. We employ all types of physiques, and our clients tend to have specific interests.

 

Nude photos (up to twenty):

These must be taken with no clothing, shoes, socks, or jewellery. We ask for a standardised set:

 

• Full Body

  • full front - standing with feet visible and arms resting naturally at your sides, with your legs together

  • full side - standing with your full side IMF visible in the photographs

  • full back - standing with hair placed forward over shoulders so that your entire back and neckline are visible

  • seated - legs spread eagle with your entire body and feet visible. This gives us a sense of your physique and vulva in a natural state, 

  • hands - a detailed close-up of the top of your hand with your hand open and fingers moderately spread out

  • bare feet:

    • 1-2 photos of your bare feet while standing. The photo should look downward at your feet at a direct angle

    • 1-2 photos of the bottom of your bare feet while seated. The photo looks directly at your feet. Keep your feet straight.​
       

• Bare Breasts

  • close-up of your breasts from the front, ensuring the entire width of at least one single breast is present within the frame. 1-2 per breast.

These are not posed glamour photographs; they are technical references used strictly for proportion and compatibility assessments.

In some cases, we may ask for verification photos using a tape measure—such as proving an over-bust of 43 inches or a waist of 26. This ensures accuracy before moving deeper into the process, especially because many clients request specific proportions with remarkable precision.

All submissions in Phase 1 are reviewed privately by our team. No images are viewed by clients or by anyone outside of our internal hiring staff. Once this phase is complete, you will receive a formal update informing you whether you’ve advanced to the next stage.


 

Phase 2 — Zoom Interview (clothed)
 

If we feel your application may be a strong match for one of our open roles, we’ll reach out to schedule a relaxed Zoom conversation. This meeting is an easy, conversational introduction—an opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to get a sense of our team. It should feel comfortable and human, not formal or high-pressure. Near the end of this call, we may ask whether you would be open to participating in a second interview conducted in full nudity. Agreeing to this second interview is entirely voluntary. You are under no obligation to participate, and choosing not to simply ends the process with no penalties or negative outcomes. If it doesn’t feel like the right fit for you, we part ways respectfully and wish you well.

If the first call feels positive for both you and our team, and if you express openness to continuing, we may invite you to the next step.

 

Phase 3 — Zoom Interview (fully nude)

If you choose to continue with the process, the next interview is held in a private video call with our senior female staff. This meeting is more intimate in nature and includes a required period of full nudity, introduced gently and with your comfort in mind. You will begin the call fully dressed, and when asked, you’ll be guided through disrobing so we can speak with you in a more open and natural state. The conversation remains supportive, respectful, and personal—focused on presence, ease, and how you carry yourself in a vulnerable setting. This interview is never recorded, and it exists solely to help us understand whether you feel at home in the types of environments and performances that some roles within our company may involve.

Phase 4 — In-Person Interview (nude evaluation)
 

If you are invited to an in-person evaluation, all travel arrangements are handled for you, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. This visit is designed to let us meet you face-to-face, understand your presence in a physical setting, and explore how naturally you carry yourself in the kinds of environments our performers work in. At least one week prior to the meeting, you will be asked to review and sign a set of physical consent forms that clearly outline the expectations for the segmented interview. Transparency is essential to us, and you always know what you are agreeing to in advance.

The in-person meeting is immersive and very hands-on, focusing on your comfort with movement, expression, and the live dynamics of our performance culture. This is not the moment to hold back; it’s where we get a sense of your confidence, adaptability, and readiness to step into a role that blends elegance, sensuality, and professional discipline.

• During the second phase of the same interview, you will be asked to undress in front of the group and remove all articles of clothing, including socks and shoes.

• During the third phase of the interview, you will be asked, but are not obligated to provide a solo masturbation demonstration

Everything is presented with full transparency, and you’ll have the opportunity to review each document carefully before moving forward.
 

Because our work involves rehearsals, live events, fittings, and in-person coordination, most roles require living near one of our primary office locations. This is not a remote position. If you currently reside elsewhere, relocation will be discussed openly so you can determine whether the transition is realistic for your lifestyle. Our team is able to assist with aspects of the relocation process, but settling into a new city takes time and planning, and it’s important to understand that this career requires physical presence and ongoing participation. Once onboarding is complete, you step fully into your role—supported, prepared, and ready to grow within the company.

Phase 6 — Measurements & Technical Assessment
 

Once you begin onboarding, you’ll attend a dedicated in-office session where our staff builds your professional profile in detail. This includes an extensive full-body measurement process—hundreds of precise data points taken by hand, from overall proportions down to the finer features that matter in modelling, costume design, and client-specific casting. Every part of your body is photographed and documented in a highly controlled, private setting. These measurements allow us to match you accurately with wardrobe, roles, and client requests, and they also help external agencies quickly assess fit when considering you for contracted modelling work.

This stage is quiet, methodical, and handled entirely by trained female staff. You relax and let the team guide you through each segment. We take the time needed to ensure everything is accurate—this can range from fingertip dimensions to shoulder angles, facial ratios, posture notes, and runway-related proportions. By the end of this session, you’ll have a fully built technical profile in our internal systems, providing a polished foundation for both company events and external agency opportunities.
