Introduction

Sakura Geisha, LLC is a licensed provider of luxury entertainment and performance services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the rights and responsibilities that govern your access to and use of Sakura Geisha’s website, digital platforms, and booking systems.

By accessing or using any Sakura Geisha service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

Sakura Geisha may update these Terms periodically to reflect regulatory changes, operational updates, or new service offerings. Any modifications will be posted on this page, with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

“Services” means any lawful entertainment, modeling, or performance service offered by Sakura Geisha, including corporate events, private engagements, photo or runway modeling, and other professional bookings.
“Client” means any individual, company, or organization that books or uses Sakura Geisha services.
“Performer” (or “Escort/Performer” where applicable) means a licensed, contracted individual who provides entertainment or modeling services on behalf of Sakura Geisha.
“Website” means sakurageisha.com and any affiliated online platforms or applications operated by Sakura Geisha.
“Agreement” means this Terms of Service document and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age—or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction—to use Sakura Geisha services. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Access by minors is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to falsify age or identity information may result in immediate termination of access and referral to appropriate legal authorities.

3. Account Registration

Certain services may require you to register for a client account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information promptly if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Sakura Geisha reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with false information, misuse, or suspected unauthorized activity.

You must promptly notify Sakura Geisha of any unauthorized access or breach of security related to your account.

4. Modeling Services Provided

4.0 Overview

Sakura Geisha provides licensed professional modeling and entertainment talent for photo, runway, and stage-presentation engagements.
All modeling services are rendered strictly under contractual agreement and in full conformity with applicable labor, zoning, and adult-entertainment regulations in the jurisdiction where the engagement occurs. We also provide a platform to book a variety of services for a variety of booking tiers. Virtual booking services (for instance, video calls or chat services to work on bookings).

4.1 Agency Retainer Modeling

External modeling agencies or production houses may retain Sakura Geisha talent for specific projects, advertising campaigns, or seasonal collections.
Each retainer agreement must specify:

the duration of engagement and exclusivity,
the scope of permitted imagery or appearance,
the rates, usage rights, and residual arrangements, and
any third-party production partners or subcontractors involved.

Sakura Geisha models perform solely under written authorization issued by the company’s talent-management division.
All intellectual-property rights in resulting images, footage, or promotional material remain with the commissioning agency unless otherwise stated in the contract.
The client is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary location, shooting, and release permissions.

4.2 Corporate and Private Modeling Events

Corporations, associations, or private groups may engage Sakura Geisha to present live modeling or runway exhibitions, including luxury fashion, cultural attire, or artistic costume displays.
Events are conducted in controlled private venues with advance guest registration and professional security oversight.
Clients may select attire or presentation themes in consultation with Sakura Geisha’s creative-direction team.
Where partial or full nudity is proposed, such inclusion must have prior written authorization from both Sakura Geisha and the venue operator confirming compliance with local adult-entertainment zoning and permit requirements.
Full nudity runway modeling is permitted when selected during booking and is available for a nominal fee.
Full nudity photoshoots are permitted when selected during booking and are available for a nominal fee.
All corporate or private modeling events are deemed closed-door productions; admission is by invitation only, and no public ticket sales or on-site admissions are permitted.

4.3 Photography and Media Sessions

Photography and videography are governed by strict control policies to protect both client and performer interests.

Only Sakura Geisha-approved photographers or media crews may conduct on-site recording.
Clients and attendees are prohibited from using personal devices to photograph, film, or record unless expressly authorized in writing.
Full nudity photoshoots are permitted when selected during booking and are available for a nominal fee.
Coreographed event photography includes close-up shots of genitals, including vulva, vagina, anus, areolas, and nipples in high detail.
All recorded material, whether commissioned or incidental, is considered confidential and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without prior written consent from Sakura Geisha and the depicted performer(s).
Violations constitute a material breach of contract and may result in immediate ejection from the event, civil liability, and pursuit of injunctive relief.

4.4 Venue and Zoning Compliance

All modeling events must take place in venues that satisfy applicable zoning, building-safety, and entertainment-licensing requirements.
If the venue is provided by the client, the client must furnish documentary proof—such as permits, occupancy certificates, and adult-entertainment authorizations—no later than thirty (30) days before the scheduled event.

Sakura Geisha reserves the right to postpone, relocate, or cancel any event if regulatory compliance cannot be verified in advance.
When Sakura Geisha secures the venue directly, all licensing, permits, and municipal coordination are handled internally to guarantee lawful operation.

4.5 Conduct and Security Requirements

Client organizations and all attendees must adhere to Sakura Geisha’s Code of Conduct and event-security policies:

A complete guest list, including verified identification for all attendees, must be submitted to Sakura Geisha not less than thirty (30) days before the event. Substitutions are not permitted after submission.
Guests must present valid identification at check-in; admission will be denied to any individual whose identity cannot be confirmed.
The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and notification of law enforcement authorities.
All events are monitored by licensed professional security staff and asset-management personnel to safeguard performers, guests, and company property.
Security officers are authorized to intervene, restrict access, or remove individuals who engage in harassment, unsafe behavior, or any activity that violates these Terms.
Security officers carry live firearms and are licensed to carry. Security officers may also pose completely nude, but are not allowed to remove their shoes/boots, holster, and firearm(s)

4.6 Attire and Performance Customization

Clients may request specific attire, themes, or choreography for modeling presentations, subject to advance review and approval by Sakura Geisha’s wardrobe and compliance teams.
The company retains sole discretion to decline or modify any request that conflicts with professional standards, licensing restrictions, or performer safety.
Where attire includes designer or client-supplied wardrobe, the client must ensure all items are insured and free of intellectual-property encumbrances.
Any jewelry, couture, or loaned assets provided for the performance remain the property of the client and are handled under separate custody and insurance documentation maintained by Sakura Geisha’s asset-management division.

4.7 Liability and Insurance

Sakura Geisha carries corporate liability coverage for its operations but assumes no responsibility for:

the safety or suitability of third-party venues not arranged by the company,
personal effects or property belonging to clients, attendees, or external vendors, or
incidental losses arising from delays, cancellations, or technical failures outside the company’s control.

Clients are required to maintain adequate event-liability insurance and, where applicable, workers-compensation coverage for their own employees and subcontractors.

In no circumstance shall Sakura Geisha, its officers, or affiliates be held liable for consequential or punitive damages resulting from the lawful performance of contracted modeling services.

5. Corporate and Group Performance Services

5.1 General Overview

Sakura Geisha, LLC provides luxury performance and entertainment services for corporations, private organizations, and qualified groups. These engagements are designed as artistic, cultural, and adult-themed performances conducted in licensed venues and under a written contractual agreement. All events are governed by local zoning, cabaret, and adult-entertainment regulations.

Each engagement is private and invitation-only. No walk-in or public ticket sales are permitted. Client corporations are responsible for venue procurement, guest verification, and compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards.

5.2 Booking Structure and Event Tiers

Sakura Geisha offers tiered performance options that vary by duration, audience size, and production complexity.

Booked entertainers are of Asian ethnicity and (default) perform in full Geisha makeup and attire. The performers are well-trained and emulate Geisha, but are not actual Geisha of Japan. When custom outfits or styles are selected, the performers will emerge on stage wearing the selected custom outfits in the selected style. Performers will change outfits throughout the show based on the selected outfits and agreed-upon schedule of events.

Geisha Bronze Events

Minimum booking: five (5) hours.
Attendance limit: 25–200 guests.
Designed for corporate gatherings, conventions, or shareholder events.
Includes costuming (up to four outfits per performer) and full event coordination.
Includes full nudity where expressly permitted by the venue’s license and local law.

Geisha Silver Events

Minimum booking: three (3) hours.
Attendance limit: 10–30 guests.
Designed for smaller private groups, executive retreats, or luxury hospitality settings.
Includes wardrobe customization, choreography, and client-approved stage program.
Includes full nudity where expressly permitted by the venue’s license and local law.

Geisha Gold Events

Duration: 24-hour contractual engagement.
Attendance limit: 5–10 guests.
Premium tier intended for high-value private or corporate experiences.
Includes wardrobe and thematic customization, rehearsal coordination, and concierge-level production management.
Includes full nudity where expressly permitted by the venue’s license and local law
May feature multi-stage or multi-day performance elements as permitted by jurisdictional law.

5.3 Booking and Scheduling Requirements

Corporate and group bookings must be arranged a minimum of four (4) months in advance.
A signed written contract is required to confirm all engagements.
Clients must submit a finalized guest list and valid identification photocopies of all attendees, no later than one (1) month prior to the event. No substitutions will be accepted after that date.
The client is responsible for venue rental, travel, accommodation, and logistical expenses.

5.4 Performance Format

Private Venue Performances are conducted on a designated stage or performance platform. Guests are prohibited from entering the performance area.
Performances may include dance, dramatic art, or artistic nude presentation in accordance with venue licensing and applicable law.
Special performances may include urination, defecation, scat, scatology, feces consumption, urination, urine consumption, bestiality
The format, sequence, and attire of the performance are determined in advance through the contractual process.
Audience participation is not permitted unless expressly approved in writing by Sakura Geisha’s production manager and is compliant with venue law.
On-stage sexual acts may include, but are not limited to:
- Solo nude female masturbation and or group (female) masturbation
  - Solo (side-by-side) masturbation of mother and daughter
  - Solo (side-by-side) masturbation of sisters
- Vaginal toy insertion and or anal toy insertion
- Oversized dildo penetration in vaginal and or anal
- Use of sex machines with large dildos for vaginal and or anal penetration
- Vaginal self-fisting and or anal self-fisting and or group (female) vaginal fisting, group (female) anal fisting
- Female ejaculation and or group (female) ejaculation, squirting, spraying, distance spraying, excessive volumes
  - Collective female ejaculation into a rectangular container
  - Squirt bukkake performed on the main host or selected guests

5.5 Venue and Zoning Compliance

All venue locations used for Sakura Geisha performances must:

Possess valid adult-entertainment or cabaret licensing where required by law.
Provide written confirmation of compliance with zoning, fire, and occupancy regulations.
Maintain suitable security, backstage, and dressing facilities for performers.
Restrict public access to prevent unauthorized entry or recording.

Sakura Geisha reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking in a venue that fails to meet these compliance standards.

5.6 Attire, Performance Customization, and Conduct

Clients may select up to five (5) pre-approved costumes or themes per performer. Or require the performer(s) to be completely nude.
All wardrobe selections are subject to Sakura Geisha’s internal review and the hosting venue’s compliance approval.
Performances may incorporate dance, artistic movement, theatrical narrative, or cultural expression, with or without partial nudity.
Audience members may not enter the performance area unless expressly authorized by event staff.
Physical contact between guests and performers is prohibited unless it occurs in a supervised, pre-approved manner.
The performer(s) reserve the selective option to perform oral fellatio to any males who are allowed on stage.
- The male guest is not permitted to physically interact with the performer(s) unless given direct verbal consent.
The performer(s) reserve the select option to request cunnilingus from any guest they permit on stage.
Sexual intercourse is not legally permitted with any member of the audience or guest of the venue.
If and when performers (s) go into the crowd to interact, the guests are prohibited from physical interaction with the performer(s).
- A group of guests could line up abreast with their pants down, and female performer(s) would reserve the right to perform oral fellatio and or deepthroating on some or all of the guests. In this unlikely event, the guests are still expressly prohibited from physical interaction with the performer(s).
- If performer(s) were to lie on the venue floor, with supported verbal consent verified by event staff, the guests attending the venue would be permitted to engage in bukkake of the performer(s). This is both conditional and situational and is not a scheduled event.

5.7 Security, Privacy, and Photography

Licensed and trained security personnel will be present throughout every event to safeguard performers, guests, and company property.
Armed security is deployed when high-value assets or jewelry are present.
Security officers carry live firearms and are licensed to carry. Security officers may also be completely nude, but are not allowed to remove their shoes/boots, holster, and firearm(s)
Recording devices, including mobile phones, cameras, and audio equipment, are prohibited inside performance venues unless explicitly authorized in writing by Sakura Geisha.
Any unauthorized recording or publication of event material constitutes a material breach of contract and may result in immediate removal, civil action, or criminal complaint.

5.8 Substance and Behavior Policy

The possession or consumption of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.
Intoxicated guests may be denied entry or removed from the premises at the discretion of security staff.
Clients and attendees must conduct themselves respectfully toward all Sakura Geisha personnel and other guests.
Violations of this policy constitute grounds for immediate termination of the event without refund.

5.9 Liability and Indemnification

Sakura Geisha, LLC is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from the actions of attendees, third-party vendors, or venue staff. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sakura Geisha, its affiliates, and employees against any claims related to:

Venue selection or operation;
Attendee conduct;
Unauthorized photography or publication; or
Breaches of local or national regulations.

5.10 Compliance and Termination

Sakura Geisha reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate any engagement that violates contractual terms, venue requirements, or applicable laws. In such cases, no refunds shall be due, and all related costs and liabilities shall remain the responsibility of the client.

6. "Banned" Venue Performance Services (Limited Availability)

6.1 General Overview

Sakura Geisha, LLC provides special "Banned" performance and entertainment services for corporations, private organizations, and qualified groups. The term Banned is only the theme name of the production series and does not imply that the services themselves are banned. These special engagements are designed as artistic, cultural, and adult-themed performances conducted in licensed venues and under a written contractual agreement. Each special engagement is private and invitation-only. No walk-in or public ticket sales are permitted. All attendees have been previously made aware of the event schedule. Client corporations are responsible for venue procurement, guest verification, and compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards.

6.2 Booking Structure and Event Tiers

Sakura Geisha offers tiered performance options that vary by duration, audience size, and production complexity. These special venues are booked under the same tiers as listed above: Geisha Bronze Events, Geisha Silver Events, Geisha Gold Events.

6.3 Performance Format

These "Banned" private venue performances are conducted on a designated stage or performance platform. Guests are prohibited from entering the performance area.
These special performances often fall within moral grey areas and require explicit permission in accordance with venue licensing and applicable law.
Special performances may include, but are not limited to:
- Urine:
  - General urination - onto the bare stage, into containers, out into the audience, onto another performer, onto a guest's face, into a guest's mouth (direct). Lying upside down and urinating onto her own face
  - Consumption of urine - drinking own urine from a container, drinking the urine of another performer from a container, or swallowing directly as another performer urinates in her mouth. Chugging own urine from a container. Chugging other performers' urine from a container. Chugging other performers' urine while the secondary performer is urinating onto the first performer. Lying upside down and urinating into her own mouth
- Feces:
  - Defecating - onto the bare stage, into her own hands, lying upside down, and defecating onto her own body or face, or mouth. Onto another female performer's body or face. Onto a guest's face. Into a container
  - Smearing - her own feces onto her own face or body. A fellow performer's feces onto her own face or body. Her feces onto a fellow performer's face or body. Her feces onto the face of a guest
  - Insertion - inserting her turd(s) into her vagina. Inserting a fellow performer's turd(s) into her vagina. All applicable scenarios
  - Consumption - eating her own feces, eating a fellow performer's feces. All applicable scenarios

Group bookings for a minimum 3-hour contract, restricted to 10-30 guests
- Performance venues feature projection screens for the audience to view the on-stage events. Multiple cameras with live feeds are placed on the stage so that attendees can see a close-up of what is happening on stage
- Urine expectation
  - The performer will drink a lot of water throughout the duration of the performance
  - During the show, the performer will urinate and drink her urine on multiple occasions
  - The performer may offer her urine to guests for consumption
  - The performer may choose to urinate on guests if consent is provided
- Feces expectation
  - The performer will defecate on stage, either onto a plate, directly on the stage, or into her own hands
  - Consumption
    - The performer will consume her feces, either partially or entirely
    - The performer may smear her feces on her face or body, but is not required
    - The performer may masturbate using her feces, but is not required
- Offered shows
  - There are a variety of variations of solo scat performances, all of which are available as client options:
    - 1) On-stage performer produces and drinks her urine as well as slowly consumes her entire feces
    - 2) On-stage performer consumes most of her feces while also smearing it on her face and or body
    - 3) On-stage performer slowly inserts all of her feces into her vagina and masturbates
    - 4) On-stage performer smears her feces onto the penis(s) of attending guests and performs oral sex

Group bookings for a minimum 3-hour contract, restricted to 10-30 guests
- Performance venues feature projection screens for the audience to view the on-stage events. Multiple cameras with live feeds are placed on the stage so that attendees can see a close-up of what is happening on stage
- You can book up to six Geishas for this group performance
- All participating performers have extensive experience with consuming their urine and feces, and often do so in both a professional and personal setting to provide the highest professional experience to the attending guests
  
  Urine expectation
  - Each performer will drink a lot of water throughout the duration of the performance
  - During the show, the performers will urinate and drink their urine on multiple occasions
    - They may likely drink each other's urine as well
  - The performers may offer their urine to guests for consumption
  - The performers may choose to urinate on guests if consent is provided
- Feces expectation
  - As a default, the performers will defecate on stage, either onto a plate, directly on the stage, or into their own hands
  - Consumption
    - The performers will consume their feces, either partially or entirely
    - The performers may smear their feces on their faces or bodies, but it is not required
    - The performers may masturbate using their feces, but it is not required
- Offered group shows:
  - There are a variety of variations of group scat performances, all of which are available as client options:
    - 1a) On-stage performers produce and drink their urine as well as slowly consume their entire feces for the audience. This is typically all done at once.
      - For example, if there are six female performers, it would be expected to watch all six performers watching the audience, and each individually eating and consuming their feces. This is acted out as 6 concurrent solo acts
    - 1b) On-stage performers produce and drink each other's urine as well as slowly consume each other's entire feces for the audience.

      - Typically done while sitting abreast as each masturbates
    - 3b) On-stage performers slowly inserts all of their feces into another performances vagina
      - Occassional fisting using another performers dump is common
    - 4) On-stage performers smears their feces onto the penis(s) of attending guests and performs oral sex
    - 5) On-stage performers smears their face with their feces and requests bukkake from the attendees
    - 6) On-stage performers smears their entire body with their feces and body oil and engages in gangbang with attendees
    - 7) Performers will smear their feces onto any attending guest penis and perform oral sex when requested.

The on-stage female performer will not consume any urine or feces from attending guests. This performance is meant as a group performance by the on-stage performers, and participation by the audience is not permitted unless requested by the performers.

6.6 Geisha Bestiality Performances

Group bookings for a minimum 3-hour contract, restricted to 10-30 guests
- This is an on-location performance at a private ranch in Texas, USA. Accommodations such as guest flights, transport, and lodging are included as part of the booking fee.
- 9 Geisha are rated as Dog Certified, and 6 are rated as Horse Certified. You can book up to eleven certified Geishas for this group performance. All participating performers have extensive sexual experience with either dogs or horses.
  - Dogs:
    - The five dogs were raised since pups and have had sexual intercourse with females from a young age
    - All five dogs were specially selected breeds due to their potential for large penises
    - No harm is done to the dogs, as they have been conditioned over time to mate with humans
  - Horses:
    - The three horses were also raised since colts and have had sexual intercourse with females from a young age
    - All three horses were specially selected breeds due to their potential for oversized penises
    - No harm is done to the horses, as they have been conditioned over time to mate with humans
    - Addendum 1A: Large volumes of horse semen will be consumed during the live show
- These performances are for viewing only. All female attending guests will receive an open invitation to participate in limited supervised settings with dogs and horses via our guidance.
- The dog show includes your host, Juliet, and up to nine Geisha who mate with five well-endowed male dogs

8. Service Limitations

8.1 Independent Contractor Status

All performers, models, and production staff engaged by Sakura Geisha, LLC operate as independent contractors, not employees. Each contractor is responsible for managing their own business affairs, including tax obligations, licensing, and insurance where applicable. Sakura Geisha acts solely as a coordinating and management entity for the scheduling and performance of lawful entertainment services.

Sakura Geisha assumes no liability for disputes or disagreements between a client and an individual contractor once services have been rendered, except where expressly stated in a written contract.

8.2 Jewelry and High-Value Wardrobe Items

When an event contract includes the use of high-value jewelry, couture garments, or other luxury materials owned by Sakura Geisha or its contractors, a booking retainer or security deposit may be required. This retainer amount and refund conditions will be specified in the applicable service contract. Clients are financially responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of such property while under their supervision or at their designated venue.

9. Client Responsibilities

9.1 Professional Conduct

Clients and attendees must behave with civility and respect toward all Sakura Geisha staff, contractors, and fellow guests. The following rules apply at all times:

Refrain from harassment, intimidation, or any form of discriminatory language or conduct.
Follow all verbal or written directions issued by Sakura Geisha management or on-site security.
Respect performer autonomy: no touching or personal interaction beyond what is expressly permitted in the signed event contract.
Abstain from the use or distribution of illegal substances or unauthorized alcohol.

10. Booking and Payment Terms

A written service agreement signed by both parties is required for every engagement.

10.2 Payment Terms

Clients must pay the full contracted fee, or an agreed installment, before any event commences.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH transfer, and digital-wallet services through secure channels.
A pre-venue retainer is required no later than two (2) months prior to the event to cover production and coordination costs.
Post-event adjustments for add-on services or approved incidentals will be invoiced separately and deducted from the existing retainer. Any remaining balance will be refunded within thirty (30) days.

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the cancellation clause.

10.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Sakura Geisha’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific contracted event.

15. Termination of Service

Sakura Geisha reserves the right to suspend or terminate a client account, event contract, or engagement immediately if:

The client breaches any term of this Agreement;
Illegal activity is suspected or discovered; or
Continuing the engagement would endanger performers, staff, or guests.

Termination under these conditions does not entitle the client to a refund. Sakura Geisha also retains the right to pursue legal or equitable remedies for any resulting damages.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

Where corporate clients or representatives act on behalf of an organization, that organization is jointly and severally liable for compliance with all obligations hereunder. Individual Guests are deemed third-party beneficiaries to the extent their participation is authorized by the VIP and approved by Sakura Geisha.

1.3 Geographic and Legal Scope
Sakura Geisha operates solely within jurisdictions where its licenses, performer registrations, and business authorizations are valid and current. Engagements must commence and remain within these licensed jurisdictions unless otherwise approved in writing by Sakura Geisha and the relevant regulatory authority. With a pre-authorized contractual agreement and a private security detail, the Geisha Girls may be taken into international waters. 3.2 Verification Requirements
For security and compliance purposes, all participants are subject to mandatory identity verification. Substitute attendees are not permitted without written approval from Sakura Geisha. Each contract may only be listed under one main contact. 4. Scope of Services
4.0 Overview

Sakura Geisha Group, Ltd (“Sakura Geisha”) provides luxury travel-companionship and cultural-engagement services for discerning clientele (“VIPs”). These Services emphasize high-end social hosting, cultural exchange, and appearance-based engagements. All activities are limited to lawful companionship, entertainment, or artistic performance within jurisdictions where Sakura Geisha maintains valid business licenses and performer registrations.
No contract, express or implied, shall require or compensate for any unlawful act, sexual conduct, or conduct exceeding the bounds of local licensing and regulatory compliance.

4.1 Nature and Purpose of Services

Sakura Geisha’s Services are designed to provide refined social and cultural companionship. Typical activities include, without limitation:

• Attendance at dinners, galas, shows, sporting events, conferences, and corporate functions.
• Participation in leisure-travel itineraries, museum visits, guided tours, or cultural excursions.
• Conversation, etiquette hosting, translation, and cultural-education companionship.
• Appearances at licensed venues, photo calls, or hospitality events consistent with local permits.

All activities remain subject to the jurisdictional provisions of these Terms, including venue licensing, performer registration, and compliance verification by Sakura Geisha staff.

4.2 Engagement Tiers (Duration-Defined)

Sakura Geisha offers three standard engagement tiers, each tailored to the VIP’s itinerary and duration:

Geisha Gold (24 Hours) – A single-city engagement that may include private dining, event attendance, and overnight hospitality within the same jurisdiction.

Geisha Platinum (3 Days / 72 Hours) – A short-term, multi-day companionship program permitting limited intra-regional travel, subject to itinerary pre-approval and legal compliance verification.

Geisha Diamond (7 Days / 170 Hours) – A luxury extended-stay program enabling multi-city or international travel segments, each governed by the destination’s licensing and local laws and approved in advance in writing.

Engagement time begins at the scheduled start in the origin city and runs continuously, including transit, rest, rehearsals, and administrative coordination.

4.3 VIP and Guest Composition

VIP – The contracting client is responsible for payment, the advanced itinerary, and compliance with these Terms. The itinerary is confirmed by our planning division and then authorized by both our compliance department and our legal department. All requested itinerary items by the VIP go through our chain of command for approval.

Guests – Individuals authorized in writing by the VIP to participate in the booking. All guests are vetted and are subject to background checks. Guests must also provide a valid current form of identification. A guest is an authorized sub-companion of the booked Geisha Girl and is permitted full physical and sexual access to her body when within legal boundaries and in compliance with the contract. All clients, including both the VIP and guests, are contractually required to provide medical testing reports for STIs and STDs one month prior to the start of the booking date and provide a secondary report anywhere from 7 days to 24 hours before the start of the booking engagement. Failure to do so voids the booked contract, and a partial refund will be provided.

Scope of Services – Each booked Geisha Girl provides an exhaustive, legally binding list of physical and sexual acts that she agrees to. Group Limits:

• Multiple Geisha Girls may be booked under the same VIP contract (see § 4.4). Doing so allows a maximum of 10 guests per Geisha Girl. This means the booking ratio is set at 10:1 for scaling. If five Geisha Girls were booked under the same private contract, the VIP is extended up to 50 authorized guests, and so on.

If a VIP elects to provide independent lodging or travel arrangements, Sakura Geisha’s safety oversight and itinerary approval remain mandatory. Unauthorized itinerary changes may result in suspension or termination pursuant to § 14 (Termination of Service).

4.10 Itinerary Control and Jurisdictional Approvals

Any travel or activity outside the origin city must receive prior written approval at least 30 days before departure and include:

• Complete flight, hotel, and venue information.
• A jurisdictional compliance map identifying where services are authorized.
• Contact details for local venue or event hosts for verification.

Unapproved deviations release Sakura Geisha from its operational and liability obligations for those segments and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

4.11 Security Integration (Summary)

Every booking includes a licensed professional security scaled to group size and risk level. Each security officer is a former military member and is licensed to carry a firearm. Security personnel are instructed to use their firearm in limited situations.

Security personnel are charged with:

• Protecting all Geisha Girls, VIPs, and Guests.
• Enforcing itinerary adherence, identification, venue access control, and security patrol.
• Coordinating with local authorities and emergency services when required.

A limited security-presence waiver may be executed only via a written addendum signed by all participants, in which case minimum safeguards—location telemetry, check-ins, and emergency escalation—remain mandatory.

4.12 Security physical interactions

Unauthorized physical and sexual interaction with security detail is expressly prohibited and may result in self-defense being invoked.
Security personnel can appear partially or completely nude for a nominal fee as an option during booking. Even while completely nude, the security personnel are not permitted to remove their boots, tactical utility belt, tactical items, holster, or firearm.

• No commercial use or publication of any Geisha Girl’s likeness without prior written consent.

Any violation constitutes a material breach, entitling Sakura Geisha to immediate termination and pursuit of injunctive or financial remedies.

4.15 Venue, Event, and Third-Party Interfaces

4.16 Timing, Rest, and Availability

Any extension beyond the agreed term requires written authorization and is billed at prevailing overtime rates.

4.17 Service Exclusions

The following activities are strictly outside the scope of Sakura Geisha’s Services:

• Any act or request that contravenes applicable law, work-authorization rules, or licensing requirements.
• Any itinerary segment not pre-approved per § 4.6.
• Any conduct that compromises safety, privacy, or professional standards, as determined by Sakura Geisha in its reasonable discretion.

5. Jurisdiction and Legal Operation

5.1 General Rule

All Engagements must commence and remain within jurisdictions in which **Sakura Geisha Group, Ltd (“Sakura Geisha”) holds all required business permits, performer registrations, and where adult consensual sex-work or adult companionship services are legally permitted. Even in jurisdictions that permit such services, many laws address third-party activities (such as procuring or brothel-management), public solicitation, and venue licensing. 6. VIP and Guest Responsibilities

The VIP must ensure that all Guests are fully registered and verified no later than thirty (30) days before the start of the Engagement. 6.2 Legal Responsibility and Accountability

VIP and Guests must conduct themselves with courtesy, professionalism, and cultural respect toward all Geisha Girls, staff, security personnel, and fellow attendees. Intimidation, harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited. Sakura Geisha reserves the right to terminate the Engagement immediately for any breach of decorum, with forfeiture of all fees and retainers.
6.4 Compliance with Venue and Local Laws
VIP and Guests must comply with all venue regulations, fire and occupancy codes, zoning laws, age restrictions, and any applicable licensing requirements. Where a host resort, theater, or private venue imposes stricter policies, those rules prevail.
6.5 Security and Operational Cooperation
All participants must cooperate with the on-site security and logistics team, including ID verification, property checks, and adherence to movement controls during the Engagement. Security directions are final and binding. Obstruction or interference with security functions constitutes a material breach.
6.6 Substance and Safety Policy

6.10 Consequences of Breach
Any violation of this section—including but not limited to harassment, disorderly conduct, substance misuse, or security non-compliance—may result in immediate termination of the Engagement, removal from the premises by security, forfeiture of all payments, and potential civil or criminal proceedings under applicable law.

7. Security and Safety Provisions

7.1 Purpose and Oversight
Sakura Geisha maintains professional, licensed security services to safeguard all Participants, property, and venue assets during each Engagement. The scale and composition of the security team are determined by event size, location, client profile, and associated risk assessment conducted by Sakura Geisha’s operations division. Security personnel operate under direct company supervision and in coordination with venue management and local authorities as required by law.

7.2 Composition and Deployment
Security assignments typically include a mix of armed and unarmed officers, female protective escorts for Geisha Girls, and logistics supervisors. The following guidelines apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Engagements involving 1–3 Geisha Girls include at least one female security escort.
Engagements involving 4–7 Geisha Girls include two licensed officers.
Engagements involving 8 or more Geisha Girls or groups exceeding 10 Guests include three or more officers with one designated lead coordinator.
Final numbers may increase if the event’s environment or jurisdiction warrants heightened protection.

7.3 Authority and Scope of Action
Security personnel are authorized to:

Enforce all venue rules, entry and re-entry policies, and movement controls.

Each Geisha Girl and her assigned security detail may establish a private safety code-word or signal. Upon invocation, security will discreetly intervene and, if needed, terminate the session. Any invocation of a safety code automatically suspends the Engagement pending review by management. This protocol is confidential and intended to provide immediate, non-verbal assistance without escalation.

7.5 Incident Reporting and Post-Event Review
All safety incidents, injuries, or significant disruptions are documented in a written report filed within twenty-four (24) hours of occurrence. Sakura Geisha retains these records for compliance, insurance, and quality-assurance purposes. Serious incidents are communicated to relevant authorities in accordance with local reporting requirements.

7.6 Confidentiality and Professional Standards
Security staff are bound by non-disclosure agreements and may not discuss, photograph, or record any aspect of an Engagement beyond official reporting obligations. They must conduct themselves with discretion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity at all times.

7.7 Liability and Cooperation
All Participants agree to comply promptly with instructions issued by security personnel. Failure to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Sakura Geisha and its agents accept no liability for inconvenience or delay resulting from lawful safety procedures or enforcement actions.

8. Booking and Payment Terms

8.1 Advance Notice and Scheduling
All VIP bookings require a minimum notice period of one (1) calendar month prior to the requested Engagement date. This timeframe ensures sufficient lead time for security clearance, travel coordination, and performer scheduling. Sakura Geisha reserves the right to decline or reschedule any request that does not meet this advance-notice requirement.
8.2 Confirmation of Engagement
An Engagement is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of the booking fee and retainer, completion of identity verification, and execution of the formal Engagement Agreement. Tentative inquiries or unpaid reservations hold no contractual standing. Once confirmation is issued, the Engagement becomes binding and subject to these Terms.
8.3 Payment Methods and Processing
Payments may be made via wire transfer, corporate credit card, or other pre-approved financial channels. All transactions must originate from verified accounts under the VIP’s name or the contracting entity’s registered representative. Sakura Geisha may decline funds originating from unverified or high-risk jurisdictions to maintain compliance with international banking and anti-money-laundering regulations.
8.4 Retainers and Use of Funds
Each Engagement includes a mandatory retainer, separate from the booking fee, held to cover incidentals such as:
Security deployment and travel coordination.
Accommodation and ground-transportation arrangements.
Wardrobe, performance materials, or contingency costs.
Repair or replacement of property in the event of damage or breach of protocol.
Following completion of the Engagement, Sakura Geisha will issue an itemized reconciliation within ten (10) business days. Any verified expenses or damages will be deducted from the retainer balance. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the VIP’s originating account.
8.5 Non-Refundability and Credits
All payments become non-refundable once an Engagement is finalized and confirmed. In cases of force majeure or performer unavailability, Sakura Geisha may, at its sole discretion, provide a transferable credit equal to the full value of the unused Engagement. Credits remain valid for twelve (12) months and may be applied toward future bookings of equivalent tier.
8.6 Cancellations by the VIP
Cancellations received more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled Engagement may be reviewed for partial credit at Sakura Geisha’s discretion. Cancellations within thirty (30) days are not eligible for refund or credit and result in forfeiture of all sums paid.
8.7 Cancellations by Sakura Geisha
In the rare event Sakura Geisha must cancel an Engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, the VIP will be offered (a) a rescheduled date of equal value, or (b) a full credit applicable toward any future Engagement. Additional goodwill benefits—such as upgraded accommodations or supplemental staff—may be extended at management’s discretion.
8.8 Currency and Taxes
All pricing is quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. The VIP is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or local levies. Where required by law, Sakura Geisha will provide itemized tax documentation for each transaction.
8.9 Record Retention and Confidentiality
Payment details, invoices, and reconciliation statements are maintained in secure, encrypted form in accordance with Sakura Geisha’s Privacy Policy. Financial records are accessible only to authorized personnel and may be disclosed solely upon lawful request.

9. Rescheduling and Exceptional Circumstances

9.1 Performer Unavailability
If a confirmed Geisha Girl becomes unavailable because of verified illness, travel interruption, visa delay, or other unforeseen cause beyond her control, Sakura Geisha will immediately notify the VIP. At that time, the following remedies will be offered in sequence:
a) Provision of a qualified, equivalently rated substitute performer of comparable skill and presentation;
b) If the VIP declines substitution, issuance of a transferable service credit equal to the full value of the unfulfilled Engagement;
c) Upon rescheduling using the credit, Sakura Geisha may provide additional complimentary services, upgrades, or extended hours as a goodwill accommodation.

9.2 Travel and Logistical Interruptions
In the event of disruption caused by flight cancellation, border delay, venue closure, or other external circumstance outside Sakura Geisha’s reasonable control, the Engagement may be postponed or relocated. Such adjustments will be coordinated through the operations division in consultation with the VIP. If rescheduling is impossible within the original itinerary window, a credit will be issued in accordance with Section 9.1.

9.3 Force Majeure
Neither Sakura Geisha nor the VIP shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, natural disaster, pandemic, governmental restriction, or any comparable event that renders performance impracticable or unlawful. In such cases, payments already made will convert automatically into a transferable credit valid for twelve (12) months. No penalties or damages shall accrue to either party under a bona fide force-majeure event.

9.4 Credit Validity and Transferability
All credits issued under this Section remain valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance and may be applied toward any future Engagement of equal or lesser value. Credits are non-refundable but are fully transferable to another pre-approved VIP, subject to identity verification and compliance review. Expired credits are void and may not be reinstated.

9.5 Goodwill Enhancements
At Sakura Geisha’s discretion, rescheduled bookings may include premium accommodations, additional Geisha Girls, or tier upgrades as a goodwill measure recognizing client inconvenience. Such additions are complementary and non-redeemable for cash or credit.

10. Privacy, Media and Confidentiality

10.1 Confidentiality Obligations
All parties to an Engagement—including VIPs, Guests, performers, contractors, and staff—are strictly bound by confidentiality. Any disclosure, reproduction, or dissemination of information regarding the identity of participants, engagement details, itineraries, or internal operations of Sakura Geisha is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from Sakura Geisha’s legal department.

10.2 Prohibition on Recording and Photography
Unless otherwise provided in a written Agreement, the use of any recording device—including cameras, mobile phones, wearables, or hidden equipment—is strictly forbidden at all venues and during all Engagements. This prohibition includes audio, video, and still imagery.
Sakura Geisha reserves the right to collect and secure all personal electronic devices prior to the commencement of any private or restricted-access event. Any violation of this policy constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate removal from the venue, termination of the Engagement, and forfeiture of any fees or retainers.

10.3 Controlled Media Exceptions
In limited circumstances, authorized photography or videography may occur under the following conditions:

It has been pre-approved in writing by Sakura Geisha management and the participating Geisha Girls.
A company-approved photographer or media team conducts and supervises all recording.
The resulting media remains the sole property of Sakura Geisha and may not be distributed or published without further written authorization.

10.4 Privacy and Data Collection
Sakura Geisha collects only the minimum personal information necessary to facilitate bookings, verify identity, arrange travel, and ensure legal compliance. Such information may include names, identification documents, payment verification data, and logistical details relevant to the Engagement. Data is collected, processed, and retained in accordance with Sakura Geisha’s [Privacy Policy] and applicable data-protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European clients.

10.5 Data Storage and Security
All client and performer information is stored on encrypted servers with restricted access limited to authorized administrative staff. Sakura Geisha employs advanced encryption, anonymization, and secure-deletion protocols to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data.

10.6 Disclosure to Authorities
Personal information may be disclosed to governmental or regulatory authorities only where legally compelled by subpoena, warrant, or court order. When permitted by law, Sakura Geisha will notify the affected party prior to such disclosure.

10.7 Survivability of Obligations
All confidentiality and privacy obligations survive the conclusion or termination of the Engagement. VIPs and Guests remain bound by these provisions indefinitely and may be subject to civil liability and injunctive relief for any breach.

11. Insurance and Liability

11.1 Professional Standards of Behavior
All VIPs, Guests, and associated participants are expected to maintain decorum, civility, and respect throughout every Engagement. Sakura Geisha’s reputation and licensing depend upon strict adherence to lawful and professional conduct at all times. Disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior will result in immediate termination of the Engagement without refund and may subject the responsible individual to legal or civil action.

11.2 Respect Toward Geisha Girls and Staff
VIPs and Guests must treat all Geisha Girls, support staff, and security personnel with dignity and courtesy. Physical, verbal, or emotional aggression—including unwanted advances, intimidation, or harassment—is strictly prohibited. The performers’ personal boundaries must be respected in full accordance with the terms of the signed Engagement Agreement.

11.3 Consent Protocols
Sakura Geisha employs explicit consent protocols for all physical or interpersonal interactions. Each Geisha Girl has the unequivocal right to establish or revoke consent at any time, consistent with contractual terms and applicable law. The designated security detail is authorized to intervene immediately upon breach or perceived threat.

11.4 Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are expressly forbidden during any Engagement or event:

Possession, distribution, or use of illegal substances.
Unauthorized photography, recording, or publication of event details.
Lewd, violent, or unsafe behavior toward any participant or staff member.
Solicitation or inducement to perform any act outside the legal and contractual scope of the Engagement.
Interference with venue security or refusal to comply with staff instructions.

11.5 Substance and Alcohol Use
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only where authorized by venue management and under conditions that ensure the safety and sobriety of all participants. Sakura Geisha prohibits the introduction or use of controlled or illegal substances at all times. Staff reserve the right to deny service or terminate an Engagement if a VIP or Guest is visibly impaired or engages in unsafe conduct.

11.6 Security Cooperation
All attendees must comply fully with the instructions of on-site security personnel, who are licensed and authorized to enforce venue compliance. Security officers may conduct bag checks, device collection, and identification verification as deemed necessary. Noncompliance constitutes a breach of contract and may result in removal from the premises.

11.7 Damage to Property or Assets
Any damage to Sakura Geisha property, performer attire, or contracted venue assets resulting from negligence or misconduct will be assessed and deducted from the VIP’s retainer. Should damages exceed the retainer balance, the VIP remains liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.

11.8 Enforcement and Termination
Violations of this Code of Conduct empower Sakura Geisha and its authorized agents to terminate the Engagement immediately. Depending on the severity of the violation, the matter may be referred to law enforcement or pursued through civil remedies.

11.9 Acknowledgment
By entering into an Engagement, the VIP and all Guests affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Code of Conduct. These obligations form an integral part of the binding Terms of Service and survive the conclusion of the Engagement.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Good-Faith Negotiation
In the event of any disagreement, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to an Engagement, both Sakura Geisha and the VIP agree to attempt resolution in good faith through confidential discussion and negotiation. Either party may request such negotiation by providing written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. The parties shall meet or confer—virtually or in person—within ten (10) business days of such notice to pursue a mutually acceptable resolution.

12.2 Binding Arbitration
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction where the Engagement commenced, before a single neutral arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties or, failing agreement, appointed by the relevant arbitration body. The arbitration will be administered under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), or a comparable recognized institution as designated in the Engagement Agreement.

12.3 Confidentiality of Proceedings
All arbitration proceedings, submissions, and awards shall remain strictly confidential to preserve the privacy of both Sakura Geisha and the VIP. Disclosure of the existence or details of an arbitration, including to the media or third parties, is prohibited without the written consent of both parties or as required by law.

12.4 Governing Law
The governing law for arbitration shall be that of the jurisdiction where the Engagement originated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Where local law mandates a specific governing body or regulatory framework (for example, the laws of Italy for engagements originating in Rome), those provisions shall apply in full force.

12.5 Enforcement of Award
The arbitration award shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered for enforcement in any court of competent jurisdiction. The prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney’s fees, arbitration costs, and associated expenses from the non-prevailing party.

12.6 Injunctive Relief and Emergency Measures
Nothing in this Section precludes either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a competent court to prevent irreparable harm, pending the outcome of arbitration.

12.7 Survival
This dispute-resolution provision survives the expiration or termination of the Engagement and applies to any dispute, claim, or controversy arising thereafter that is connected to the Engagement or these Terms of Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 General Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sakura Geisha Group, Ltd (“Sakura Geisha”), its affiliates, agents, contractors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable to any VIP, Guest, or third party for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, reputation, enjoyment, opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or related to any Engagement, even if Sakura Geisha has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.2 Scope of Liability
Sakura Geisha’s liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in all cases be limited to the total amount actually paid by the VIP for the specific Engagement giving rise to the claim. No additional or exemplary damages may be sought or awarded.

13.3 Third-Party Providers
Sakura Geisha is not responsible for any act, omission, or default of third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation companies, venue operators, or independent contractors. Any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from third-party actions or failures rests solely with the responsible entity.

13.4 Force Majeure
Sakura Geisha shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, government action, transportation disruption, labor disputes, or equipment failure. In such cases, the remedies provided in Section 9 (Rescheduling and Exceptional Circumstances) shall apply.

13.5 VIP and Guest Conduct
Sakura Geisha assumes no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage resulting from the negligent, reckless, or unlawful conduct of any VIP, Guest, or attendee. The VIP remains fully liable for the behavior of all individuals under their booking and for any damages or claims arising therefrom.

13.6 Indemnification
The VIP agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sakura Geisha, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
a) breach of these Terms or any applicable law by the VIP or Guests;
b) negligence or willful misconduct of the VIP or Guests;
c) any injury or property damage occurring during or in connection with the Engagement; or
d) the publication, disclosure, or unauthorized recording of confidential information or media from any Engagement.

13.7 Survival
All limitations, exclusions, and indemnities set forth in this Section shall survive the expiration or termination of the Engagement and shall remain enforceable thereafter.

14. Termination of Service

14.1 Grounds for Termination
Sakura Geisha reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any Engagement, current or future, without refund or credit if:
a) The VIP, any Guest, or related party breaches these Terms of Service or any applicable law or regulation;
b) Any participant engages in conduct that endangers, harasses, or otherwise compromises the safety, comfort, or dignity of Sakura Geisha personnel, Geisha Girls, other Guests, or venue staff;
c) False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided during the booking, screening, or verification process;
d) The Engagement becomes unlawful, impractical, or prohibited by local authorities or regulatory change;
e) The venue, client, or host fails to comply with zoning, permitting, or capacity requirements; or
f) Payment or retainer obligations are not fulfilled in accordance with Section 8.

14.2 Immediate Suspension
Sakura Geisha’s authorized representatives and security personnel have the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Engagement in progress if, in their judgment, continuation poses a safety or compliance risk. Such termination may occur without prior notice or approval from the VIP if exigent circumstances exist.

14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination under this Section:

All payments, retainers, and credits related to the terminated Engagement are automatically forfeited.
The VIP and Guests must vacate the venue or cease participation immediately upon request of security or management.
Sakura Geisha shall have no further obligation or liability arising from the Engagement or its termination.

14.4 Post-Termination Liability
Termination of an Engagement does not release the VIP from liability for damages, misconduct, or unpaid amounts accrued prior to termination. Sakura Geisha reserves the right to deduct such sums from the retainer and pursue recovery through legal means if necessary.

14.5 Reinstatement and Future Bookings
Sakura Geisha may, at its discretion, reinstate service privileges after review and written approval from senior management. Reinstatement may require enhanced verification, increased retainers, or additional contractual assurances.

14.6 Mutual Termination
In rare cases where both Sakura Geisha and the VIP mutually agree to terminate an Engagement for logistical or safety reasons unrelated to misconduct, the VIP may receive a credit or partial refund in accordance with Section 9 (Rescheduling and Exceptional Circumstances).

14.7 Survivability
All provisions related to confidentiality, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and payment obligations survive termination and remain binding upon both parties.

15. Amendments and Entire Agreement

15.1 Amendments
Sakura Geisha reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in law, business operations, or policy. Registered VIPs will receive written notice of any substantive modifications via their verified contact information or through secure client-portal communication. Continued use of Sakura Geisha’s services following notice of amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.2 Supersession of Prior Terms
The most current version of these Terms of Service supersedes and replaces all prior versions, representations, or understandings—whether written or oral—between Sakura Geisha and any VIP or Guest regarding the subject matter herein.

15.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with each executed Engagement Contract, invoice, or written addendum, constitute the entire agreement between Sakura Geisha and the VIP. No verbal statement, email correspondence, or promotional material shall modify or override the written provisions of this Agreement.

15.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15.5 Notices and Correspondence
All legal notices, compliance inquiries, and contractual correspondence must be sent to Sakura Geisha’s designated legal department via the contact method below. Notices shall be deemed received when acknowledged in writing by Sakura Geisha’s authorized representative.

These Terms of Service are written in English and shall serve as the authoritative language for interpretation, regardless of any translation provided for convenience.
