Geisha Noir, LLC is a legally licensed provider of escort and companionship services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the rights and responsibilities that govern your access to and use of Geisha Noir’s website, digital platforms, and booking systems.

By accessing or using any Geisha Noir service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

Geisha Noir may update these Terms periodically to reflect regulatory changes, operational updates, or new service offerings. Any modifications will be posted on this page, with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Introduction and Scope

1.1 Purpose and Applicability
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all luxury travel-companionship, cultural-entertainment, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Geisha Noir, LLC (“Geisha Noir,” “we,” or “our”). By engaging Geisha Noir, entering into a Service Contract, or participating in any approved Engagement, the contracting client (“VIP”) and all authorized Guests acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplemental agreements referenced herein.
 

1.2 Contractual Relationship
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between Geisha Noir and each VIP. Where corporate clients or representatives act on behalf of an organization, that organization is jointly and severally liable for compliance with all obligations hereunder. Individual Guests are deemed third-party beneficiaries to the extent their participation is authorized by the VIP and approved by Geisha Noir.
 

1.3 Geographic and Legal Scope
Geisha Noir operates solely within jurisdictions where its licenses, performer registrations, and business authorizations are valid and current. Engagements must commence and remain within these licensed jurisdictions unless otherwise approved in writing by Geisha Noir and the relevant regulatory authority. With a pre-authorized contractual agreement and a private security detail, the Escort may be taken into international waters. Doing so also requires a secondary security detail provided by the client.

1.4 Acceptance of Terms
By executing a Service Contract, submitting payment, or otherwise utilizing the Services, the VIP confirms acceptance of these Terms and warrants that all Guests have been made aware of and agree to be bound by the same. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not book, use, or participate in Geisha Noir Services.

1.5 Revisions and Effective Date
Geisha Noir reserves the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, policy, or business operation. All amendments take effect upon publication on Geisha Noir's official website, with the effective date clearly noted. VIPs with active Engagements will be notified of any substantive changes through their registered contact information.

1.6 Related Policies
These Terms should be read in conjunction with Geisha Noir's Privacy Policy, jurisdiction-specific licensing disclosures, and any signed Engagement Contracts. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific contract, the contract terms shall prevail only for that Engagement.

This version frames the entire document as a legally enforceable master agreement while aligning perfectly with the tone and structure you’ve used for later sections (Definitions, Eligibility, Jurisdiction, etc.).


 

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms of Service and any associated Engagement Contract, the following definitions apply:
 

• VIP — The principal client, whether an individual, corporate entity, or authorized representative, entering into a binding service contract with Geisha Noir. The VIP is legally responsible for all associated Guests, payments, and conduct during the Engagement.
   

• Guest(s) — Individuals expressly authorized in writing by the VIP to attend or participate in an approved Engagement. Guests are subject to the same eligibility, verification, and behavioral requirements as VIP. No individual shall be considered a Guest without prior written approval from Geisha Noir.
   

• Escort — A licensed and contracted Escort or cultural companion engaged by Geisha Noir to provide professional companionship, hosting, performance services, and sexual services. Escorts are billed as independent contractors under local licensing and registration laws. Geisha Noir, LLC employs both male and female escorts and companions
   

• Engagement — The scheduled and contractually approved period during which services are rendered by Geisha Noir and its personnel to the VIP and authorized Guests. Public engagements may include companionship, attendance at social or cultural events, or appearance services as detailed in the signed Agreement. Private engagements may include companionship and sexual activities. 
   

• Jurisdiction — The legally recognized city, state, or country in which the Engagement commences and under whose laws the Agreement is governed. Each Engagement is subject exclusively to the laws and regulations of its initiating Jurisdiction. International waters require no jurisdiction but require advanced planning, logistics, and advanced security details.
   

• Agreement — The signed service contract and all accompanying documentation referencing these Terms of Service. The Agreement defines the specific terms, duration, compensation, and authorized services for a particular Engagement. 
   

• Security Personnel — Licensed individuals or teams employed by Geisha Noir to ensure compliance, safety, and logistical management throughout the Engagement. 
   

• Authorized Venue — Any private or commercial location approved by Geisha Noir for use in an Engagement, subject to verification of zoning, licensing, and compliance with local entertainment or hospitality regulations.

 

3. Eligibility and Compliance
 

3.1 Minimum Age and Legal Capacity
All VIPs and Guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding service contracts within the governing jurisdiction. By entering into an Engagement, each VIP affirms that all attending Guests meet these eligibility requirements.

3.2 Verification Requirements
For security and compliance purposes, all participants are subject to mandatory identity verification. Valid government-issued photo identification must be submitted no later than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled Engagement. Substitute attendees are not permitted without written approval from Geisha Noir. Each contract may only be listed under one main contact. The contact is subject to a variety of background and criminal checks.

3.3 Jurisdictional Compliance
Geisha Noir conducts operations exclusively within regions where its business licenses, performer registrations, and entertainment or escort authorizations are valid. All activities must conform to the laws, regulations, and venue restrictions of the jurisdiction in which the Engagement occurs.

3.4 International Operation
Where cross-border travel is involved, Geisha Noir ensures compliance with applicable visa, work authorization, and regulatory standards for all participating personnel. VIPs and Guests are responsible for maintaining their own lawful entry status during the Engagement. Time spent in international waters is met with high security compliance, logistical planning, and advanced notification of route.

3.5 Prohibited Conduct and Void Agreements
Any action by a VIP, Guest, or third party that would constitute a violation of local or national law—including but not limited to solicitation, trafficking, coercion, or unlicensed performance—immediately voids the Agreement. Such conduct results in termination of service under Section 14 (Termination of Service) and forfeiture of all payments, retainers, and credits.

3.6 Right of Refusal
Geisha Noir reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion if eligibility, verification, or compliance standards are not satisfied, or if the Engagement could reasonably expose Geisha Noir or its personnel to legal or reputational risk.


 

4. Scope of Services
4.0 Overview

Geisha Noir, LLC (“Geisha Noir”) provides luxury travel-companionship and cultural-engagement services for discerning clientele (“VIPs”). These Services emphasize high-end social hosting, cultural exchange, and appearance-based engagements. All activities are limited to lawful companionship, entertainment, or artistic performance within jurisdictions where Geisha Noir maintains valid business licenses and performer registrations.
No contract, express or implied, shall require or compensate for any unlawful act, sexual conduct, or conduct exceeding the bounds of local licensing and regulatory compliance.

4.1 Nature and Purpose of Services

Geisha Noir's Services are designed to provide refined social and cultural companionship and sexual services. Focusing on the social aspect, typical activities include, without limitation:
 

• Attendance at dinners, galas, shows, sporting events, conferences, and corporate functions.
• Participation in leisure-travel itineraries, museum visits, guided tours, or cultural excursions.
• Conversation, etiquette, hosting, translation, and cultural-education companionship.
• Appearances at licensed venues, photo calls, or hospitality events consistent with local permits.
 

All activities remain subject to the jurisdictional provisions of these Terms, including venue licensing, performer registration, and compliance verification by Geisha Noir staff.
 

4.2 Engagement Tiers (Duration-Defined)

Geisha Noir offers three standard engagement tiers, each tailored to the VIP’s itinerary and duration:

 

• Geisha Gold (24 Hours) – A single-city engagement that may include private dining, event attendance, and overnight hospitality within the same jurisdiction. The booking period is 24 consecutive hours, regardless of the time spent within that span. This means if the engagement lasts for 3 total hours, the booking was prepaid for 24 hours, and there is no adjusted pricing. 
   

• Geisha Platinum (3 Days / 72 Hours) – A short-term, multi-day companionship program permitting limited intra-regional travel, subject to itinerary pre-approval and legal compliance verification.
   

• Geisha Diamond (7 Days / 170 Hours) – A luxury extended-stay program enabling multi-city or international travel segments, each governed by the destination’s licensing and local laws and approved in advance in writing.

​Engagement time begins at the scheduled start in the origin city and continues uninterrupted, encompassing transit, rest, rehearsals, and administrative coordination. The Escort is contractually obligated to perform any physical or sexual acts that have been approved within the contract. Non-approved acts should not be requested, and the safe word may be invoked to stop any further activity.

4.3 VIP and Guest Composition

VIP – The contracting client is responsible for payment, the advanced itinerary, and compliance with these Terms. The itinerary is confirmed by our planning division and then authorized by both our compliance department and our legal department. All requested itinerary items by the VIP go through our chain of command for approval.

Guests – Individuals authorized in writing by the VIP to participate in the booking. All guests are vetted and are subject to background checks. Guests must also provide a valid current form of identification. A guest is an authorized sub-companion of the booked Escort and is permitted full physical and sexual access to her body when within legal boundaries and in compliance with the contract. All clients, including both the VIP and guests, are contractually required to provide medical testing reports for STIs and STDs one month prior to the start of the booking date and provide a secondary report anywhere from 7 days to 24 hours before the start of the booking engagement. Failure to do so voids the booked contract, and a partial refund will be provided.

Scope of Services – Each booked Escort provides an exhaustive, legally binding list of physical and sexual acts that he or she agrees to. The VIP also provides an exhaustive list of legally binding physical and sexual acts he or she is authorized to perform. This legal contract is subsequently bound to all authorized guests. Therewithin, the Escort is contractually obligated to carry out all physical or sexual requests made by the VIP or guests at any given time. Exceptions to obligatory compliance are when a) the request or command in question has not been previously authorized in the contractual agreement, b) the request or command is given in a geographic location where said request or command would be deemed illegal, c) in public settings where the request or command may be seen as illegal. While within legal and contractual compliance, the Escorts are compelled to follow most commands.
 

• Example of A - VIP commands Escort to perform a sexual act that is unauthorized

• Example of B - While in a hotel room in Los Angeles, the VIP commands the Escort to engage in sexual intercourse

• Example of C - While in a city where escort services are legal, the VIP commands the Escort to provide oral fellatio in a public restaurant

Any friends, acquaintances, or business associates of the VIP or of their guests are not permitted to physically engage with the Escort under any circumstances. Photography or recording by any friends, acquaintances, or business associates is not permitted unless both the VIP and the Escort provide initial consent. Secondary consent is required by the Director of Operations.

Group Limits:

• A maximum of ten (10) Guests per contractually booked Escort. This stipulates that the VIP and up to 10 authorized guests will have full access to the Escort for the booking period. Each Escort has different attributes and can be used in various ways by the group throughout the booking period. The extent of offered services varies between each Escort. 
 

• Multiple Escorts may be booked under the same VIP contract (see § 4.4). Doing so allows a maximum of 10 guests per Escort. This means the booking ratio is set at 10:1 for scaling. If five Escorts were booked under the same private contract, the VIP is extended up to 50 authorized guests, and so on.

• Booking 5-10 Escorts triggers an armed security detail of two officers

• Booking 15-20 Escorts triggers an armed security detail of five officers that must be present at all times

• Total guest attendance must not exceed the approved headcount on the finalized booking order or the booking could be subject to void, and no refund is offered.

 

All Guests must be pre-registered and verified at least 30 days before the start of the booked encounter.
 

4.4 Multi-Escort Bookings

Each Escort operates under an individual performer agreement establishing her rate, physical and sexual approved acts list, working conditions, and compliance obligations.

The VIP’s master service contract governs the overarching logistics, venues, safe words, approved physical and sexual acts list, payment, and safety protocols for the booking as a whole.

Permissible configurations include (subject to prior approval and security-ratio compliance):
 

• One VIP with no guests is authorized to book up to 3 Escorts for one single contract.

• One VIP with up to 50 total guests is authorized to book up to 10 Escorts for one single contract.

• One VIP with up to 100 total guests is authorized to book up to 20 Escorts for one single contract.​

• Client chooses attire and helps sculpt itinerary

• Includes full nudity where expressly permitted by the venue’s license and local law

• Includes near-unlimited sexual access and pre-approved commands

 

Noir Platinum Bookings

• Minimum booking: 3-day contract (72 hours), all travel is pre-approved and arranged by Sakura Geisha Group's logistics department

• Guest limit: 0-15 guests per booked Escort

• Booking limit with no guests: 10 booked Escorts

• Booking limit with max guests: 20 booked Escorts

• Max guest configuration: 215 guests

• Client chooses attire, accessories, body hair/styling, and helps sculpt travel itinerary

• Includes full nudity where expressly permitted by the venue’s license and local law

  • Continuous nudity in legal settings is optional by VIP​

  • eat defecation from the toilet, fully consume and swallow defecation

  • walk around in private with her face or body covered in smeared feces, insert defecation into her vagina, smear defecation on VIP or guest penis, and perform handjobs, or fellatio, or vaginal intercourse

  • Group will consume all feces of any other Escort(s)

  • VIP reserves the right to collect the group's feces and then request the group or an individual to eat multiple defecations at once

  • VIP and guests reserve the right to masturbate with (collectively) most or all provided feces by a single Escort, a subset of the group, or the entire group at their discretion

  • VIP and guests reserve the right to eat (collectively) most or all provided feces by a single Escort, a subset of the group, or the entire group at their discretion

4.7 Mother and Daughter bookings

Susan (staff) and her daughter Irene (associate) are available for extremely limited bookings. The family has a documented history of gigantomastia, and both the mother and daughter have exceptionally long breasts down to or past their vaginas. This special, limited booking is open to a single VIP with up to 20 pre-authorized guests. 4.10 Itinerary Control and Jurisdictional Approvals

Any travel or activity outside the origin city must receive prior written approval at least 30 days before departure and include:

• Complete flight, hotel, and venue information.
• A jurisdictional compliance map identifying where services are authorized.
• Contact details for local venue or event hosts for verification.

Unapproved deviations release Geisha Noir from its operational and liability obligations for those segments and may result in immediate suspension without refund.
 

4.11 Security Integration (Summary)

Every booking includes a licensed professional security scaled to group size and risk level. Each security officer is a former military member and is licensed to carry a firearm. Security personnel are instructed to use their firearm in limited situations.

 

Security personnel are charged with:

• Protecting all Escorts, VIPs, and Guests.
• Enforcing itinerary adherence, identification, venue access control, and security patrol.
• Coordinating with local authorities and emergency services when required.
 

A limited security-presence waiver may be executed only via a written addendum signed by all participants, in which case minimum safeguards—location telemetry, check-ins, and emergency escalation—remain mandatory.
 

4.12 Security physical interactions

• Unauthorized physical and sexual interaction with security detail is expressly prohibited and may result in self-defense being invoked.

• 
  Security personnel can appear partially or completely nude for a nominal fee as an option during booking. Even while completely nude, the security personnel are not permitted to remove their boots, tactical utility belt, tactical items, holster, or firearm.

  Off-duty security personnel can be booked as Escort models for individual bookings, but cannot be grouped with any female out of the security detail. During the booking session, the model will not be presenting as security personnel and will not be carrying tactical gear or a firearm, but she may choose to carry items for her own protection. 4.14 Photography, Media, and Confidentiality (Escort Context)

During private bookings, limited personal photography may be permitted for the VIP’s private use only, subject to:

• No live posting, streaming, or public disclosure during the booking.
• No commercial use or publication of any Escort's likeness without prior written consent.
• Mandatory compliance with the Non-Disclosure Agreement, binding all participants and affiliated third-party service providers.

Any violation constitutes a material breach, entitling Geisha Noir to immediate termination and pursuit of injunctive or financial remedies.
 

4.15 Venue, Event, and Third-Party Interfaces

Appearances at third-party venues—restaurants, arenas, resorts, or similar establishments—must comply with all local permits, dress codes, and operational standards. Sexual encounters are not legally permitted in public places or events. While bra and or underwear are not required under the attire of the Escort, he or she must adhere to public decency laws and wear proper clothing. Flashing her breasts and or vulva, and or vagina at times in public places is subject to discretion.
Geisha Noir reserves full discretion to alter or cancel itinerary components that fail to meet legal, safety, or reputational standards.
 

4.16 Timing, Rest, and Availability

Engagement time runs continuously for the contracted duration, encompassing rest, meals, and travel.
Any extension beyond the agreed term requires written authorization and is billed at prevailing overtime rates.
 

4.17 Service Exclusions

The following activities are strictly outside the scope of Geisha Noir's Services:

• Any act or request that contravenes applicable law, work-authorization rules, or licensing requirements.
• Any itinerary segment not pre-approved per § 4.6.
• Any conduct that compromises safety, privacy, or professional standards, as determined by Geisha Noir in its reasonable discretion.


 

5. Jurisdiction and Legal Operation

5.1 General Rule

All Engagements must commence and remain within jurisdictions in which **Geisha Noir, LLC (“Geisha Noir”) holds all required business permits, performer registrations, and where adult consensual sex-work or adult companionship services are legally permitted. Even in jurisdictions that permit such services, many laws address third-party activities (such as procuring or brothel-management), public solicitation, and venue licensing. Geisha Noir operates strictly within the applicable local and municipal regulatory frameworks.

5.2 Verified Jurisdictions and Core Constraints (Non-exhaustive)

Below are jurisdictions in which Geisha Noir has verified licensing authority or lawful operating capacity. VIPs must ensure that any Engagement is scheduled in one of these jurisdictions (and in the specific municipal areas where Geisha Noir is registered) unless otherwise approved in writing.

5.4 Municipal and Venue-Level Compliance

Within every jurisdiction, Geisha Noir ensures compliance with: zoning and land-use requirements; venue licensing (e.g., cabaret, adult entertainment); advertising and solicitation rules; worker registration and health-safety requirements; occupancy and hours restrictions; and required venue documentation. Engagements proceed only upon documentary confirmation from the host venue or the relevant municipal authority that zoning, licensing, and code compliance are satisfied.


 

6. VIP and Guest Responsibilities

• 6.1 Registration and Verification
  The VIP must ensure that all Guests are fully registered and verified no later than thirty (30) days before the start of the Engagement. Verification requires submission of government-issued photographic identification and any additional documentation requested by Geisha Noir for security or regulatory purposes. Unregistered or unverified individuals will be denied entry without a refund.
   

• 6.2 Legal Responsibility and Accountability
  The VIP is the contracting party of record and remains legally and financially responsible for all conduct of participating Guests. Any violation of these Terms by a Guest is deemed a violation by the VIP.
   

• 6.3 Behavior and Decorum
  VIP and Guests must conduct themselves with courtesy, professionalism, and cultural respect toward all Escorts, staff, security personnel, and fellow attendees. Intimidation, harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited. Geisha Noir reserves the right to terminate the Engagement immediately for any breach of decorum, with forfeiture of all fees and retainers.
   

• 6.4 Compliance with Venue and Local Laws
  VIP and Guests must comply with all venue regulations, fire and occupancy codes, zoning laws, age restrictions, and any applicable licensing requirements. Where a host resort, theater, or private venue imposes stricter policies, those rules prevail.
   

• 6.5 Security and Operational Cooperation
  All participants must cooperate with the on-site security and logistics team, including ID verification, property checks, and adherence to movement controls during the Engagement. Security directions are final and binding. Obstruction or interference with security functions constitutes a material breach.
   

• 6.6 Substance and Safety Policy
  Possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited. Alcohol may be consumed only where licensed and approved by the venue. VIP and Guests must remain capable of respectful, safe conduct at all times.
   

• 6.7 Confidentiality and Recording Restrictions
  No photography, videography, or audio recording of any Escort, staff member, or Guest is permitted unless expressly authorized in writing by Geisha Noir and the participants depicted. Recording devices may be collected at check-in. Any unauthorized capture, distribution, or publication of media materials constitutes a serious breach subject to legal remedy.
   

• 6.8 Dress and Conduct Standards
  Attire for VIP and Guests must align with the event’s theme and venue requirements. Nudity by Guests is tolerated only where the venue and performance license allow. Behavior must never endanger performers or disrupt artistic or cultural presentations.
   

• 6.9 Damages and Liability for Loss
  The VIP is financially liable for any damage, theft, or loss caused by themselves or their Guests to property, costumes, jewelry, or venue assets belonging to Geisha Noir or its affiliates. Verified damages will be deducted from the VIP’s retainer in accordance with Section 9 (Booking and Payment).
   

• 6.10 Consequences of Breach
  Any violation of this section—including but not limited to harassment, disorderly conduct, substance misuse, or security non-compliance—may result in immediate termination of the Engagement, removal from the premises by security, forfeiture of all payments, and potential civil or criminal proceedings under applicable law.
  
  
   

7. Security and Safety Provisions
 

7.1 Purpose and Oversight
Geisha Noir maintains professional, licensed security services to safeguard all Participants, property, and venue assets during each Engagement. The scale and composition of the security team are determined by event size, location, client profile, and associated risk assessment conducted by Geisha Noir's operations division. Security personnel operate under direct company supervision and in coordination with venue management and local authorities as required by law.
 

7.2 Composition and Deployment
Security assignments typically include a mix of armed and unarmed officers, female protective escorts for Escorts, and logistics supervisors. The following guidelines apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Engagements involving 1–3 Escorts include at least one female security escort.

• Engagements involving 4–7 Escorts include two licensed officers.

• Engagements involving 8 or more Escorts or groups exceeding 10 Guests include three or more officers with one designated lead coordinator.
  Final numbers may increase if the event’s environment or jurisdiction warrants heightened protection.
   

7.3 Authority and Scope of Action
Security personnel are authorized to:

• Enforce all venue rules, entry and re-entry policies, and movement controls.

• Verify identification, check bags or personal effects, and collect recording devices where required.

• Intervene in disputes or unsafe behavior to preserve order and physical safety.

• Remove any individual whose conduct violates these Terms, applicable law, or the instructions of Geisha Noir management.
  Use of physical restraint or defensive equipment is limited strictly to lawful protective necessity.
   

7.4 Safe-Word and Emergency Protocol
Each Escort and her assigned security detail may establish a private safety code-word or signal. Upon invocation, security will discreetly intervene and, if needed, terminate the session. Any invocation of a safety code automatically suspends the Engagement pending review by management. This protocol is confidential and intended to provide immediate, non-verbal assistance without escalation.
 

7.5 Incident Reporting and Post-Event Review
All safety incidents, injuries, or significant disruptions are documented in a written report filed within twenty-four (24) hours of occurrence. Geisha Noir retains these records for compliance, insurance, and quality-assurance purposes. Serious incidents are communicated to relevant authorities in accordance with local reporting requirements.
 

7.6 Confidentiality and Professional Standards
Security staff are bound by non-disclosure agreements and may not discuss, photograph, or record any aspect of an Engagement beyond official reporting obligations. They must conduct themselves with discretion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity at all times.
 

7.7 Liability and Cooperation
All Participants agree to comply promptly with instructions issued by security personnel. Failure to do so constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Geisha Noir and its agents accept no liability for inconvenience or delay resulting from lawful safety procedures or enforcement actions.​
