Introduction

​

Sakura Geisha, LLC is a licensed provider of luxury entertainment and performance services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the rights and responsibilities that govern your access to and use of Sakura Geisha’s website, digital platforms, and booking systems.

​

By accessing or using any Sakura Geisha service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

Sakura Geisha may update these Terms periodically to reflect regulatory changes, operational updates, or new service offerings. Any modifications will be posted on this page, with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Definitions

​

For purposes of these Terms:
 

• “Services” means any lawful entertainment, modeling, or performance service offered by Sakura Geisha, including corporate events, private engagements, photo or runway modeling, and other professional bookings.
   

• “Client” means any individual, company, or organization that books or uses Sakura Geisha services.
   

• “Performer” (or “Escort/Performer” where applicable) means a licensed, contracted individual who provides entertainment or modeling services on behalf of Sakura Geisha.
   

• “Website” means sakurageisha.com and any affiliated online platforms or applications operated by Sakura Geisha.
   

• “Agreement” means this Terms of Service document and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years of age—or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction—to use Sakura Geisha services. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Access by minors is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to falsify age or identity information may result in immediate termination of access and referral to appropriate legal authorities.

3. Account Registration

​

Certain services may require you to register for a client account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information promptly if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Sakura Geisha reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with false information, misuse, or suspected unauthorized activity.

You must promptly notify Sakura Geisha of any unauthorized access or breach of security related to your account.

4. Modeling Services Provided

​​​4.0 Overview

Sakura Geisha provides licensed professional modeling and entertainment talent for photo, runway, and stage-presentation engagements.
All modeling services are rendered strictly under contractual agreement and in full conformity with applicable labor, zoning, and adult-entertainment regulations in the jurisdiction where the engagement occurs. We also provide a platform to book a variety of services for a variety of booking tiers. ​Virtual booking services (for instance, video calls or chat services to work on bookings).

​4.1 Agency Retainer Modeling

External modeling agencies or production houses may retain Sakura Geisha talent for specific projects, advertising campaigns, or seasonal collections.
Each retainer agreement must specify:

• the duration of engagement and exclusivity,

• the scope of permitted imagery or appearance,

• the rates, usage rights, and residual arrangements, and

• any third-party production partners or subcontractors involved.

Sakura Geisha models perform solely under written authorization issued by the company’s talent-management division.
All intellectual-property rights in resulting images, footage, or promotional material remain with the commissioning agency unless otherwise stated in the contract.
The client is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary location, shooting, and release permissions.
 

4.2 Corporate and Private Modeling Events

• Corporations, associations, or private groups may engage Sakura Geisha to present live modeling or runway exhibitions, including luxury fashion, cultural attire, or artistic costume displays.

• Events are conducted in controlled private venues with advance guest registration and professional security oversight.

• Clients may select attire or presentation themes in consultation with Sakura Geisha’s creative-direction team.

• Where partial or full nudity is proposed, such inclusion must have prior written authorization from both Sakura Geisha and the venue operator confirming compliance with local adult-entertainment zoning and permit requirements.

• Full nudity runway modeling is permitted when selected during booking and is available for a nominal fee.

• Full nudity photoshoots are permitted when selected during booking and are available for a nominal fee.

• All corporate or private modeling events are deemed closed-door productions; admission is by invitation only, and no public ticket sales or on-site admissions are permitted.

4.3 Photography and Media Sessions

Photography and videography are governed by strict control policies to protect both client and performer interests.

• Only Sakura Geisha-approved photographers or media crews may conduct on-site recording.

• Clients and attendees are prohibited from using personal devices to photograph, film, or record unless expressly authorized in writing.

• Full nudity photoshoots are permitted when selected during booking and are available for a nominal fee.

• Coreographed event photography includes close-up shots of genitals, including vulva, vagina, anus, areolas, and nipples in high detail.

• All recorded material, whether commissioned or incidental, is considered confidential and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without prior written consent from Sakura Geisha and the depicted performer(s).

• Violations constitute a material breach of contract and may result in immediate ejection from the event, civil liability, and pursuit of injunctive relief.
   

4.4 Venue and Zoning Compliance

All modeling events must take place in venues that satisfy applicable zoning, building-safety, and entertainment-licensing requirements.
If the venue is provided by the client, the client must furnish documentary proof—such as permits, occupancy certificates, and adult-entertainment authorizations—no later than thirty (30) days before the scheduled event.

Sakura Geisha reserves the right to postpone, relocate, or cancel any event if regulatory compliance cannot be verified in advance.
When Sakura Geisha secures the venue directly, all licensing, permits, and municipal coordination are handled internally to guarantee lawful operation.

4.5 Conduct and Security Requirements

Client organizations and all attendees must adhere to Sakura Geisha’s Code of Conduct and event-security policies:

• A complete guest list, including verified identification for all attendees, must be submitted to Sakura Geisha not less than thirty (30) days before the event. Substitutions are not permitted after submission.

• Guests must present valid identification at check-in; admission will be denied to any individual whose identity cannot be confirmed.

• The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal and notification of law enforcement authorities.

• All events are monitored by licensed professional security staff and asset-management personnel to safeguard performers, guests, and company property.

• Security officers are authorized to intervene, restrict access, or remove individuals who engage in harassment, unsafe behavior, or any activity that violates these Terms.

• Security officers carry live firearms and are licensed to carry. Security officers may also pose completely nude, but are not allowed to remove their shoes/boots, holster, and firearm(s)
   

4.6 Attire and Performance Customization

• Clients may request specific attire, themes, or choreography for modeling presentations, subject to advance review and approval by Sakura Geisha’s wardrobe and compliance teams.

• The company retains sole discretion to decline or modify any request that conflicts with professional standards, licensing restrictions, or performer safety.

• Where attire includes designer or client-supplied wardrobe, the client must ensure all items are insured and free of intellectual-property encumbrances.​

• Any jewelry, couture, or loaned assets provided for the performance remain the property of the client and are handled under separate custody and insurance documentation maintained by Sakura Geisha’s asset-management division.
   

4.7 Liability and Insurance

Sakura Geisha carries corporate liability coverage for its operations but assumes no responsibility for:

• the safety or suitability of third-party venues not arranged by the company,

• personal effects or property belonging to clients, attendees, or external vendors, or

• incidental losses arising from delays, cancellations, or technical failures outside the company’s control.

Clients are required to maintain adequate event-liability insurance and, where applicable, workers-compensation coverage for their own employees and subcontractors.

In no circumstance shall Sakura Geisha, its officers, or affiliates be held liable for consequential or punitive damages resulting from the lawful performance of contracted modeling services.

5. Corporate and Group Performance Services

​

5.1 General Overview

Sakura Geisha, LLC provides luxury performance and entertainment services for corporations, private organizations, and qualified groups. These engagements are designed as artistic, cultural, and adult-themed performances conducted in licensed venues and under a written contractual agreement. All events are governed by local zoning, cabaret, and adult-entertainment regulations.

Each engagement is private and invitation-only. No walk-in or public ticket sales are permitted. Client corporations are responsible for venue procurement, guest verification, and compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards.

5.2 Booking Structure and Event Tiers

Sakura Geisha offers tiered performance options that vary by duration, audience size, and production complexity.

​

Booked entertainers are of Asian ethnicity and (default) perform in full Geisha makeup and attire. The performers are well-trained and emulate Geisha, but are not actual Geisha of Japan. When custom outfits or styles are selected, the performers will emerge on stage wearing the selected custom outfits in the selected style. Performers will change outfits throughout the show based on the selected outfits and agreed-upon schedule of events.

 

Geisha Bronze Events

• Minimum booking: five (5) hours.

• Attendance limit: 25–200 guests.

• Designed for corporate gatherings, conventions, or shareholder events.

• Includes costuming (up to four outfits per performer) and full event coordination.

• Includes full nudity where expressly permitted by the venue’s license and local law.

 

Geisha Silver Events

• Minimum booking: three (3) hours.

• Attendance limit: 10–30 guests.

• Designed for smaller private groups, executive retreats, or luxury hospitality settings.

• Includes wardrobe customization, choreography, and client-approved stage program.

• Includes full nudity where expressly permitted by the venue’s license and local law.

 

Geisha Gold Events

• Duration: 24-hour contractual engagement.

• Attendance limit: 5–10 guests.

• Premium tier intended for high-value private or corporate experiences.

• Includes wardrobe and thematic customization, rehearsal coordination, and concierge-level production management.

• Includes full nudity where expressly permitted by the venue’s license and local law

• May feature multi-stage or multi-day performance elements as permitted by jurisdictional law.
   

5.3 Booking and Scheduling Requirements

• Corporate and group bookings must be arranged a minimum of four (4) months in advance.

• A signed written contract is required to confirm all engagements.

• Clients must submit a finalized guest list and valid identification photocopies of all attendees, no later than one (1) month prior to the event. No substitutions will be accepted after that date.

• The client is responsible for venue rental, travel, accommodation, and logistical expenses.
   

5.4 Performance Format

• Private Venue Performances are conducted on a designated stage or performance platform. Guests are prohibited from entering the performance area.

• Performances may include dance, dramatic art, or artistic nude presentation in accordance with venue licensing and applicable law.

• Special performances may include urination, defecation, scat, scatology, feces consumption, urination, urine consumption, bestiality

• The format, sequence, and attire of the performance are determined in advance through the contractual process.

• Audience participation is not permitted unless expressly approved in writing by Sakura Geisha’s production manager and is compliant with venue law.

• On-stage sexual acts may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Solo nude female masturbation and or group (female) masturbation

    • Solo (side-by-side) masturbation of mother and daughter​

    • Solo (side-by-side) masturbation of sisters

  • Vaginal toy insertion and or anal toy insertion

  • Oversized dildo penetration in vaginal and or anal

  • Use of sex machines with large dildos for vaginal and or anal penetration

  • Vaginal self-fisting and or anal self-fisting and or group (female) vaginal fisting, group (female) anal fisting

  • Female ejaculation and or group (female) ejaculation, squirting, spraying, distance spraying, excessive volumes

    • Collective female ejaculation into a rectangular container

    • Squirt bukkake performed on the main host or selected guests

    • Squirt chugging competition between on-stage performers

    • While prohibited from entering the stage, guests are encouraged to come to the stage edge if they wish to consume female ejaculation, if and when those sexual acts are being performed​

    • During the event, the performer(s) reserve the right to go down to the venue floor and request guests to lie on the floor. The performer(s) would masturbate above the guest and squirt/spray onto their face or mouth. This is not a scheduled event

  • Interaction with male staff for demonstration purposes:

    • Up to four black male staff are brought on stage to assist. All staff have verified 13+ inch penises

    • Demonstration of fellatio and rapid deepthroat

    • Demonstration of anal penetration from an over-endowed penis

    • Demonstration of a group gangbang of performer(s) by four male black staff members

    • Facials and semen consumption

  • Nude exercise activities performed on-stage:

    • Stationary bike

    • Treadmill - jogging, sprinting

    • Jump rope

  • Breast clapping volume measured by a Decibel meter for the audience​​​
     

5.5 Venue and Zoning Compliance

All venue locations used for Sakura Geisha performances must:

• Possess valid adult-entertainment or cabaret licensing where required by law.

• Provide written confirmation of compliance with zoning, fire, and occupancy regulations.

• Maintain suitable security, backstage, and dressing facilities for performers.

• Restrict public access to prevent unauthorized entry or recording.

Sakura Geisha reserves the right to reject or cancel any booking in a venue that fails to meet these compliance standards.
 

5.6 Attire, Performance Customization, and Conduct

• Clients may select up to five (5) pre-approved costumes or themes per performer. Or require the performer(s) to be completely nude.

• All wardrobe selections are subject to Sakura Geisha’s internal review and the hosting venue’s compliance approval.

• Performances may incorporate dance, artistic movement, theatrical narrative, or cultural expression, with or without partial nudity.

• Audience members may not enter the performance area unless expressly authorized by event staff.

• Physical contact between guests and performers is prohibited unless it occurs in a supervised, pre-approved manner.

• The performer(s) reserve the selective option to perform oral fellatio to any males who are allowed on stage.

  • The male guest is not permitted to physically interact with the performer(s) unless given direct verbal consent.

• The performer(s) reserve the select option to request cunnilingus from any guest they permit on stage.

• Sexual intercourse is not legally permitted with any member of the audience or guest of the venue.

• If and when performers (s) go into the crowd to interact, the guests are prohibited from physical interaction with the performer(s).

  • A group of guests could line up abreast with their pants down, and female performer(s) would reserve the right to perform oral fellatio and or deepthroating on some or all of the guests. In this unlikely event, the guests are still expressly prohibited from physical interaction with the performer(s).​​

  • If performer(s) were to lie on the venue floor, with supported verbal consent verified by event staff, the guests attending the venue would be permitted to engage in bukkake of the performer(s). This is both conditional and situational and is not a scheduled event.

5.7 Security, Privacy, and Photography

• Licensed and trained security personnel will be present throughout every event to safeguard performers, guests, and company property.

• Armed security is deployed when high-value assets or jewelry are present.

• Security officers carry live firearms and are licensed to carry. Security officers may also be completely nude, but are not allowed to remove their shoes/boots, holster, and firearm(s)

• Recording devices, including mobile phones, cameras, and audio equipment, are prohibited inside performance venues unless explicitly authorized in writing by Sakura Geisha.

• Any unauthorized recording or publication of event material constitutes a material breach of contract and may result in immediate removal, civil action, or criminal complaint.
   

5.8 Substance and Behavior Policy

• The possession or consumption of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.

• Intoxicated guests may be denied entry or removed from the premises at the discretion of security staff.

• Clients and attendees must conduct themselves respectfully toward all Sakura Geisha personnel and other guests.

• Violations of this policy constitute grounds for immediate termination of the event without refund.
   

5.9 Liability and Indemnification

Sakura Geisha, LLC is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from the actions of attendees, third-party vendors, or venue staff. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sakura Geisha, its affiliates, and employees against any claims related to:

• Venue selection or operation;

• Attendee conduct;

• Unauthorized photography or publication; or

• Breaches of local or national regulations.
   

5.10 Compliance and Termination

Sakura Geisha reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate any engagement that violates contractual terms, venue requirements, or applicable laws. In such cases, no refunds shall be due, and all related costs and liabilities shall remain the responsibility of the client.

6. "Extreme Hardcore" Venue Performance Services (Limited Availability)

​6.1 General Overview

Sakura Geisha, LLC provides special "Extreme Hardcore" performance and entertainment services for corporations, private organizations, and qualified groups. These special engagements are designed as artistic, cultural, and adult-themed performances conducted in licensed venues and under a written contractual agreement. Each special engagement is private and invitation-only. No walk-in or public ticket sales are permitted. All attendees have been previously made aware of the event schedule. Client corporations are responsible for venue procurement, guest verification, and compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory standards.

​​6.2 Booking Structure and Event Tiers

Sakura Geisha offers tiered performance options that vary by duration, audience size, and production complexity. These special venues are booked under the same tiers as listed above: Geisha Bronze Events, Geisha Silver Events, Geisha Gold Events.

​6.3 Performance Format

• These "Extreme Hardcore" private venue performances are conducted on a designated stage or performance platform. Guests are prohibited from entering the performance area.

• These special performances often fall within moral grey areas and require explicit permission in accordance with venue licensing and applicable law.

• Special performances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Urine:

    • General urination - onto the bare stage, into containers, out into the audience, onto another performer, onto a guest's face, into a guest's mouth (direct). Lying upside down and urinating onto her own face

    • Consumption of urine - drinking own urine from a container, drinking the urine of another performer from a container, or swallowing directly as another performer urinates in her mouth. Chugging own urine from a container. Chugging other performers' urine from a container. Chugging other performers' urine while the secondary performer is urinating onto the first performer. Lying upside down and urinating into her own mouth

  • ​Feces:

    • Defecating - onto the bare stage, into her own hands, lying upside down, and defecating onto her own body or face, or mouth. Onto another female performer's body or face. Onto a guest's face. Into a container

    • Smearing - her own feces onto her own face or body. A fellow performer's feces onto her own face or body. Her feces onto a fellow performer's face or body. Her feces onto the face of a guest

    • Insertion - inserting her turd(s) into her vagina. Inserting a fellow performer's turd(s) into her vagina. All applicable scenarios

    • Consumption - eating her own feces, eating a fellow performer's feces. All applicable scenarios

  • While participation is limited for these special shows, these special shows tend to include more participation than regular shows.​

​​6.4 Solo Geisha Potty Performances

• Group bookings for a minimum 3-hour contract, restricted to 10-30 guests

  • Performance venues feature projection screens for the audience to view the on-stage events. Multiple cameras with live feeds are placed on the stage so that attendees can see a close-up of what is happening on stage

  • Urine expectation

    • The performer will drink a lot of water throughout the duration of the performance

    • During the show, the performer will urinate and drink her urine on multiple occasions

    • The performer may offer her urine to guests for consumption

    • The performer may choose to urinate on guests if consent is provided
       
  • Feces expectation

    • The performer will defecate on stage, either onto a plate, directly on the stage, or into her own hands

    • Consumption

      • The performer will consume her feces, either partially or entirely

      • The performer may smear her feces on her face or body, but is not required

      • The performer may masturbate using her feces, but is not required
         

  • Offered shows​​

    • There are a variety of variations of solo scat performances, all of which are available as client options:

      • 1) On-stage performer produces and drinks her urine as well as slowly consumes her entire feces

      • 2) On-stage performer consumes most of her feces while also smearing it on her face and or body

      • 3) On-stage performer slowly inserts all of her feces into her vagina and masturbates

      • 4) On-stage performer smears her feces onto the penis(s) of attending guests and performs oral sex

• Group bookings for a minimum 3-hour contract, restricted to 10-30 guests

  • Performance venues feature projection screens for the audience to view the on-stage events. Multiple cameras with live feeds are placed on the stage so that attendees can see a close-up of what is happening on stage

  • You can book up to six Geishas for this group performance

  • All participating performers have extensive experience with consuming their urine and feces, and often do so in both a professional and personal setting to provide the highest professional experience to the attending guests
    
    Urine expectation

    • Each performer will drink a lot of water throughout the duration of the performance

    • During the show, the performers will urinate and drink their urine on multiple occasions

      • They may likely drink each other's urine as well​

    • The performers may offer their urine to guests for consumption

    • The performers may choose to urinate on guests if consent is provided
       
  • Feces expectation

    • As a default, the performers will defecate on stage, either onto a plate, directly on the stage, or into their own hands

    • Consumption

      • The performers will consume their feces, either partially or entirely

      • The performers may smear their feces on their faces or bodies, but it is not required

      • The performers may masturbate using their feces, but it is not required
         

  • Offered group shows​​:

    • There are a variety of variations of group scat performances, all of which are available as client options:

      • 1a) On-stage performers produce and drink their urine as well as slowly consume their entire feces for the audience. This is typically all done at once.

        • For example, if there are six female performers, it would be expected to watch all six performers watching the audience, and each individually eating and consuming their feces. This is acted out as 6 concurrent solo acts

      • 1b) On-stage performers produce and drink each other's urine as well as slowly consume each other's entire feces for the audience. ​

      • 2a) On-stage performers consume most of their feces while also smearing it on their face and or body

      • 3a) On-stage performers slowly inserts all of their feces into their vaginas and masturbate

        • Typically done while sitting abreast as each masturbates​

      • 3b) On-stage performers slowly inserts all of their feces into another performances vagina

        • Occassional fisting using another performers dump is common​

      • 4) On-stage performers smears their feces onto the penis(s) of attending guests and performs oral sex

      • 5) On-stage performers smears their face with their feces and requests bukkake from the attendees

      • 6) On-stage performers smears their entire body with their feces and body oil and engages in gangbang with attendees

      • 7) Performers will smear their feces onto any attending guest penis and perform oral sex when requested.

      • 8) Group urination when one performer lies on the ground and the other on-stage performers all simultaneously urinate onto her face

      • 9) Group urination when one performer lies on the ground with a PVC tube in her mouth that is affixed to an industrial funnel on the other end. The other on-stage performers all simultaneously urinate into the funnel, in turn forcing the single performer to consume all of their collective urine

        • While appealing to the performers, there is not much to see for the audience, and this is not commonly selected​

The on-stage female performer will not consume any urine or feces from attending guests. This performance is meant as a group performance by the on-stage performers, and participation by the audience is not permitted unless requested by the performers.

​6.6 Geisha Bestiality Performances

• Group bookings for a minimum 3-hour contract, restricted to 10-80 guests

  • This is an on-location performance at a private estate ranch in Mexico. Accommodations such as guest flights, transport, and lodging are included as part of the booking fee.

  • 9 Geisha are rated as Dog Certified, and 6 are rated as Horse Certified. Clients can book up to eleven certified Geishas for this group performance. All participating performers have extensive sexual experience with either dogs or horses.

    • Dogs:

      • The fifteen dogs were raised since pups and have had sexual intercourse with females from a young age​

      • All fifteen dogs were specially selected breeds due to their potential for large penises

      • No harm is done to the dogs, as they have been conditioned over time to mate with humans

    • Horses:​

      • The ten horses were also raised since colts and have had sexual intercourse with females from a young age

      • All ten horses were specially selected breeds due to their potential for oversized penises

      • No harm is done to the horses, as they have been conditioned over time to mate with humans
